Trying to Cancel Subscription
Help! I'm trying to cancel a subscription plan. When I go into my account and hit cancel plan I get a message in the search box that says Pop-up Window Blocked. I also don't understand how Drop box got a hold of my most recent credit card and is charging me for the most expensive plan. I'm starting to feel scammed. Please advise!

It sounds like you’re using a web extension to block ads and pop-ups on your browser, and it’s blocking a new Dropbox window to open. Is that the case?
Also, can you please go to this page, and let me know what’s the plan you see?
