Unable to add payment info to a Dropbox team trial

I just started a trial team account. I would like to go ahead and add our payment info, but when I click Add Payment Info, I always get an error that says "This account is already connected to a Dropbox account for teams." I am the admin. How do I add my payment info?

    I am especially frustrated, because I would like to speak to support, but I am unable to without upgrading. But it seems I can't upgrade without speaking to support. Catch 22.

    Hello and thank you for your response. I would like to finish out the trial, and add payment so that is uninterrupted when the trial ends.
