Deleting Account Error
When I go to delete my account, I get an error message after I've filled in all the details.
It flashes with Error 500 and only gives me the option to only go back to the home page or visit the help center.
I've tried 3x now to delete and nothing changes.
Anyone offer any help?

I just wanted to let you know that I looked this up internally and I can see that this should be resolved now.
You should now be able to delete your Dropbox account normally.

Hi Philipp Mikes, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
Keep me updated with any progress.

I'm having the exact same issue.
Did everything right step-by-step and error 505 pops up and all I can do is return to the home page.

When attempting to delete my account I am receiving an "Error 500" message. I have tried doing it on multiple browsers and it won't process. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue the user in the link below has. And because I saw you resolved her issue, i'm contacting you privately so
you possibly help me too please. I'm actively trying to delete my account but it keeps me giving me this 505 error, and then only thing I can do is return to
the home page. I'm doing everything exactly step-by-step as on the help forum to delete my account and I still get the same error.
Tried different browsers, etc nothing works. Keep getting the same error over and over again.
