I'm trying to retrieve access to my account, and support isn't helping.
For almost a month now I am trying to retrieve one of our accounts which was hacked and dont have access any longer . I have been contacted By LEX from support and I have replied to the emails multipul times with NO responce.
IS ANYONE OUTTHERE WHO CAN COMMUNICATE AFFECTIVLY IN DROPBOX SUPPORT PLEASE?

Reply here with your ticket number and one of the Dropboxers may pick up your post and look into it for you.

Ticket #15573176: DB: account Hacked URGENT
The email associated with the hack is [removed as per Community Guidelines] and it seems the hacker has changed the email so we don't have anyway of login in to the account.

hi! One of our files just disappeared, not deleted or moved, just gone. I can't seem to get any help from dropbox other than the useless 'dropbot'. Do you have a direct email you can share to a support person? thank you!

Its a nightmare dealing with dropbox so far. The technical support picked up my request from here and they emailed me. However they have not yet retrieved my account and i am having trouble making them under4and the request after multi emails back to them. As soon as
I finalise this i will provide feedback here but so far it does not look good.
