I reached out to support and they never replied--twice. Now I cannot reach them because they deleted my account. I accessed my account every few months. They said it had been over a year. That is when I reached out--before their deadline to close--but I never heard back. Now, since they deleted my account I cannot email--unless I make a new account.
I am sad.

6 years agoWhen you reached out to our Support team, you would have received a ticket number for your case. So that I can check on this from my side, I'll need you to provide me with those mitten53.
Can you also let me know how you were accessing your account? Was it through the website perhaps, or through one of the apps?
