I reached out to support and they never replied--twice. Now I cannot reach them because they deleted my account. I accessed my account every few months. They said it had been over a year. That is when I reached out--before their deadline to close--but I never heard back. Now, since they deleted my account I cannot email--unless I make a new account.
I am sad.

Yes mine was also deleted an had over 8years of my life on it can I just get back my files
