Resetting my username
I'm currently trying to reset my Dropbox username, however I'm not receiving the verification email. I have added the Dropbox email address to my Outlook contact list so that it doesn't filter it out, but it's still not working. I have even received emails from no-reply@dropbox.com for other reasons, so I know I can get emails from that address.

Hi ninishepp, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you using a public email provider, or a private business domain?
Is it possible that the email is going to spam, or being filtered out by the email provider?
This will help me to assist further!

Have you checked with the IT admin of the business domain to ensure that the official Dropbox domains aren't being blocked?

I have checked with the IT administrator for the business domain, and he said nothing has been sent via no-reply@dropbox.com, so it isn't being blocked. So, it seems like a problem with Dropbox, not with my email.

Hey ninishepp! Sorry for jumping in.
When saying that you’d like to update your Dropbox username, do you mean the name of your Dropbox account, or the email address that’s linked to it?
If it’s the first case, then Dropbox wouldn’t send you an email about it, and the update should be automatically reflected on your Dropbox account (as soon as you update your name here).

Can you access the current email address of your Dropbox account? If yes, please log a ticket with our support team from this page.
If not, I’d like you to do this instead:
Open another browser on your computer, and make sure you’re NOT signed in to ANY Dropbox account.
Go to this page, and select an “issue type”.
Enter your information, make sure that you enter an email address that you currently have access to, and submit it.
You will then receive a confirmation email that will have a ticket number.
Please send me your ticket number here, afterwards.
