Someone got the password to my Dropbox account and changed my credentials.
I think someone got the password to my Dropbox account and changed the associated password and e-mail account. Is there anything I can do?

This thread gave me a lot of hope.
I filed a ticket #14891374
My account was under my name and was taken over by another email. They took my account (with 3TB storage) and for a moment earlier when I still had access to my mobile app, saw that they deleted all my files except for a funeral video.
Is there anyway I can get my account back? I’ve been a loyal customer of Dropbox (paid) since 2017 and have had such positive experiences up till now. My entire work and portfolio is on Dropbox and I desperately need access to it. Please help. I haven’t got my ticket replied to. Please help! - Megan5 years ago
