Can not log into my dropbox account
Hi All,
I have a issue, i can not seem to log into my dropbox account, after trying everything (including checking my gmail settings) I am hopeless.
I have tried setting up a new password, log in directly through gmail, just everything, but im just not recieving any verification mail to log into my dropbox account.
I have alot of important files on this account that I need to access, I really need someones help.
Can please someone write back to me (preferably someone from dropbox since its an issue that can not be solved)

Can you clarify which verification code you're not receiving? Is it the 6 digit security code?
Have you checked your spam folder and added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, to see if that helps?

Again, i have tried everything.
So yes, i checked my spam and added the no-reply email address to my email contacts.
Everything you can imagine, i tried.
And its not about the account that im writing this from, but i had to log in to write in this community forum (which I find very interesting since i can not log in) so i logged in with a new account. - Megan2 years ago
