I get an "email taken" error for an email address that's no longer linked to a Dropbox account.

2 months agoHey javalava54 , just checking in to confirm something. Have you recently created another account? (not the one you created and deleted in your original post). If yes, can you delete that account as well?
I am *not* talking about the original account in question, only the newly created ones.

No, I only have 2 email addresses to use: this, my personal .uk address and the new gmail.com one.

javalava54 So as of right now you only have your original Dropbox account, there is no additional account?
There may be an additional Dropbox account connected to the email in question. We'll have someone reach out via email to clear this up
