I need to access my account, but I don’t have access to my email anymore

am unable to access my account due to my email been suspended due to inactivity, I am unable to create it back after contacting the email provider .
I have 2 account with Dropbox with different emails, both email address have been disabled due to inactivity.

i know my Dropbox login , but need code always sent to the email address which is not active..
please help as I have valuables investments stored in my Dropbox. I saved my files on dropbox. I saved very few files on my account. Please I need help

    You need to enter an email address that you have access to, so you can receive a response. Use the Details section to list the email address of the Dropbox account that you're unable to access.

    I did put the emails of my Dropbox account …  but I don’t have access to the email … I have not gotten any response or email

    Hi Investor221, on that form, there is an option to fill in an email address, are you not seeing that option when using an incognito window, like below?

    I just filled the form, in the form there is no place where it ask for my contact information just incase they need to reach me or reply to me

    In this case, please open a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and go to this page.

    From there, you can send a help request to our team directly.

    Just make sure to use an email address you can access, so that the team can reach you.

    Sadly I don’t have access to the device anymore. i only access the Dropbox not more time 3 times on web. I only saved some long term investment files on it, hoping to get back to it in few years.. but here I am right now not able to access it… I really need help 

    I can’t access both of my account

    Sorry to hear that you're having this issue, Investor221.

    Do you have any devices still linked to those accounts?

    If so, you take a look at them, as the security code should be sent to those as a notification.
