I was asked to solve 9 puzzles in order to access my Dropbox account.
I am not a computer person
I tried logging in to my account and was asked to solve some ridiculous puzzle 9 times
If this happens again I will be closing my dropbox account

Hey paulo maldonado, I’m sorry to hear about that.
If you try to sign in to your Dropbox account once more, do you see an option to go through the audio challenge instead?
Are you able to access your account more easily this way?
Let me know.

I had to do the same thing and because of this was 45 minutes late to my appointment and missed it. Why in God‘s name do we have to solve 10 freaking puzzles? We should be able to set security protocols for the documents we have. That was absolutely ridiculous!

I was at a FedEx Kinko’s trying to print one single document. I couldn’t choose an audio option because I didn’t know what it was and there was no description and I’m in a store full of people. And after I did the 10 puzzles, the capture wasn’t working. I had to do it three times. Ridiculous. Overdone.

So would you like to refund me the $20 I had to pay? I ended up logging into a computer and printing it from there. Your service is awful. And when I tried to enter into a chat to ask how to solve this, you tried to upgrade me three freaking different times. Terrible.

3 months later I was asked to solve 9 puzzles to access my dropbox account. You guys still haven't learnt. Never using Dropbox again, so stupid you would think it's a joke!!

Hey Kerry Farrell, sorry to hear about that!
Was that a one-time incident, or have you noticed the same repetitive behavior before?
Did you use a specific browser when this happened, and if so which one?
I was also wondering if you could try to sign in using the audio challenge instead, and if the process is smooth when you do that.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
