I'm being asked to enter a valid email address on my Android mobile app and I can't sign in.
Hi everyone. I get "Please enter a valid email address." on android 5.1.1. The email eddress is good, on a desktop pc, i can login. I've tried everything, even changed the ROM on the device. Please help me. Thank you.

im having this same exact issue on the same device, was a solution ever found?
Have you done what has already been suggested?
Also, is this an app? If so its not supported if you are using 5.1.1 - the minimum working requirements are Android 9 and higher: https://help.dropbox.com/installs/system-requirements#The-Dropbox-mobile-app

Hey thetompi, thanks for posting this here on our forum.
Can you please reinstall the Dropbox app, if you haven’t tried this already? After that, please double check that both your email address and password don't contain any sort of typos or other characters.
Also, what’s your current plan? Is it possible you’re on the free Basic plan and you already have 3 devices linked?
