It's impossible to access my account due to the verification not being received.

I've had some Dropbox accounts and recently I've tried to acess them 
but I'm facing problems trying to do this, because the verification emails are not being sent, I don't know why.. I need an answer or instructions.. my Gmail accounts are working normally, I guess the problem is your server.

    Hi Hizzin, sorry to hear about that, let's jump into it!

    You mentioned the "verification emails". Would you mind clarifying if you're talking about our one-time 6-digit security code, or about 2FA?

    You mentioned an email, so I'm leaning towards the first, I just need to make sure.

    If you have access to the email, but are not receiving the code, make sure to check your spam folder as well.

    If it's not there, add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again.

    Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

    Hello Megan , I'm talking about the one-time 6 digit security code.. I'm frustrated actually, because I didn't even set a 2FA.. so I'd like to solve it.

    As i told, it's kind of impossible to receive the code.. I already checked up the spams folder, added the no-reply@dropbox.com and tried uncountable times... 

    I need further information about the problem and help. Thanks!

    Yeah of course, but, as I said are different email accounts.. all I need is the verification code, because I've got full acess to my emails. But I don't know why, the verification code doesn't appear in my email inbox, not even in the trash bin and spam box.

    So could you send an email to this email ?

    Hey Hizzin! For now, we can only open a ticket to the email address you see on this page. After that, we can look into a different Dropbox account. 

    Let me know if that’s OK and I’ll log the ticket for you.

    MeganNancy  Can I join this issue? I got the same issue about verification code not arrived to my email. I check many posts and tried serveral methods.
    like add no-reply @dropbox.com to the white list / check spam folder/ change browser, and used incognito mode in browser.

    Please help. Thank you in advance.

    Hey ntkanit! Thanks for tagging us here.

    Have you also checked if there are any devices left that are still logged in to your Dropbox account? 

    My suggestion would be to check their notifications and see if you can find the one-time code there.

    Another workaround you can try (if you wish, of course) is to reset the password of your Dropbox account; are you being automatically signed in then?
