Login Difficulty due to 2FA & no access.
Hi, I've lost access to my dropbox account. It is setup with two factor authentication.
My mobile recently broke, causing me to lose my backup codes. So I am unable to get the code in order to log into that DropBox account.
I tried to login to Dropbox with the password but Dropbox is asks authentication code to that authenticate, But my Dropbox account got logged out in the authentication application, making it impossible for me to reach my stored data in dropbox. Kindly suggest a solution to regain access to my Dropbox account.
My account is not linked to any mobile and computer. If I need to log in authenticater it asks QR code.

Hey Bharath T, sorry to hear about that!
If I understood correct, it sounds like you don't have access to your emergency codes, but without them you'd need another active device already linked to your account. Do you have one?
It would be great if you can check any devices, to see if they are connected to your account, so you can disable the feature from there.
Have you also taken a look and tried the steps mentioned at this Help Center article?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi,My Dropbox account is not connected to any device. Last time I logged in on the laptop, but it also logged out. I also looked at the help center article you mentioned but I didn't find the solution there either. I hope I get my Dropbox account back.

Without access to the 2FA codes you almost certainly wont I'm afraid. Dropbox have always been exceptionally strict on this.
The idea of 2FA security is to make sure people without the log on details to get in cannot do so. Therefore circumventing the security measures would mean the whole point of 2FA is lost.
Nobody here can help. You need to just follow the email tickets you have.

But I lost my 2FA codes and also unfortunately Dropbox account logout in my all devices. My Dropbox account has all my data, I don't have data on my Dropbox account. If my account is not recovered all my data will be lost. Please recover my dropbox account.

Which is, unfortunately, only your responsibility.
You are clearly told when setting up 2FA that you must keep them safe and that they are needed to regain access. If you dont have them you have almost certainly lost the data and accounts.
As I said, however, I am not an employee. The only people who can help are on the ticket you referenced earlier.
