We can't access the account with two factor code enabled, as the email is deleted
Hi
We have a business account with Dropbox. It was created using a former employee's email. I can't log in and change the email address because two-factor authentication is enabled. The email has been deleted, so I can't receive the code. What should I do?

Hi Katja business, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Is the email address part of your business domain, or is it from a public email provider?
Are you certain that you can't recreated the email address in order to temporarily regain access to your Dropbox account?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for a quick answer. Our emails are hosted by a smaller provider who is difficult to reach.

Getting your ESP to recreate the email address will likely be the quickest method. Otherwise you may not be able to gain access to the account.
