IOS / Dropbox findet keine Fotos am Gerät obwohl Fotos vorhanden sind

ich möchte Fotos via meiner ios-App von meiner Fotobibliothek in meine Dropbox laden. wenn ich auf Fotos hinzufügen klicke, erhalte ich die meldung von der app, dass keine Fotos vorhanden sind, obwohl meine fotobibliothek 300 bilder enthält. was ist da los?

    Hallo Markus,

    könnten Sie mal versuchen, die Dropbox App neu zu installieren? Falls das Problem danach immer noch besteht, senden Sie uns bitte ein Ticket unter https://www.dropbox.com/support und wir werden und dem Problem annehmen. Bitte machen Sie dann auch direkt einen Screenshot des Bildschirms mit der Fehlermeldung und fügen Sie diesen in die Nachricht ein.
