Apologies in advance - I have so little experience with computer stuff that I'm not even sure which board this should go on. I recently moved from a Dell laptop tp a MacBook Air. I signed into dropbox on the Mac and could see all my files so thought I was good to go. Discovered today that others who use my shared folders can't see the docs I've added.
I usually go to Finder and access my dropbox there. When I click on the dropbox icon in the taskbar I get this message:
When I click OK the window vanishes. When I click on the link I get a box of data I don't understand.
Not sure what to do or where to go from here?

Hey @noobneedshelp & @michele_b99, I'd be happy to help!
Can you click on the blue hyperlink, and send me the full error log, so I can analyze it and send you the next steps?
If your app isn't updating, that could be why others don't see your changes. Do you edit the files using the desktop app, or website?
Thanks a bunch.
PS: I've included an automatically translated version of my response, for @michele_b99. Apologies for any mistakes you might find.
