Mac desktop app stuck in Indexing

Hi,
I just got a new Macbook Pro and installed Dropbox on there. I selected a few (3) folders to sync initially.

These were successfully downloaded (I had put them in Available Offline mode) and the files were there. While the files were syncing, the app was asking me to move the files due to the new File Provider API, which I clicked. The move was blocked by the app while it was syncing, afterwards it went through.

Now, since then, the app is stuck in "Indexing" mode. The folders don't contain any local files anymore (they are back to online-only). File changes I make on my PC aren't synced to the Mac, it's basically completely stuck.

I have tried many times restarting the app, the machine. Disk access is allowed (that was disabled for some reason), I have tried the Fix Hard Links and Fix Permissions, no change.

Can you please help?
