Camera uploads no longer work in Mac OSX Ventura

Camera uploads no longer work in Mac OSX Ventura

ScottD2

Since upgrading to OSX Ventura, I can no longer do camera uploads to Dropbox. When I try, it fails.

Dropbox has full disk access. Your online chat person said to give Dropbox access to removable disks but I don't see that option in Ventura.

This is my second Ventura Mac. On the first one, Camera Uploads worked maybe one time out of five, and then crapped out the other four. On my new MacBook it doesn't work at all.

Please advise. Thanks!

Sorry to hear about this, @ScottD2.

When you say it fails, are you getting some kind of error message, when you plug in your phone/camera to your computer for example?

If so, please send us a screenshot of the error, so we can have a visual.

What's the sync status and version of the Dropbox app? You can hover over your Dropbox icon, for this info.

Also, can you give us the ticket number from your communication with our support team?

Thanks in advance.
