Can't upload videos from iphone

I can easily upload images directly from my iPhone to Dropbox but when I try to upload video I can’t. I get a message the files will upload in the background but then never do! I'm on my home wifi and dropbox permissions are activated and also the iphone location is on.. this is super frustated I have lost two hours trying to upload 10 short videos of a few sec. I ended up sharing with airdrop on my laptop..

Hi @capoglou, I’m really sorry to hear this.

 

Are you experiencing this issue even if you connect to a different WiFi network or cellular data? 

 

Also, are you uploading these videos manually or automatically via camera uploads? 

 

Keep me posted, and we’ll have a look.
