I'm trying to share a 200gbs folder with my clients, but I managed to do up to 35 people, after that I got the error that "Folder update in progress. try later." I don't know what to do, I've already uninstalled the program from my computer and downloaded it again, all files are up to date, and it's not just with this folder, but with any folder I create regardless of size.nvai.png

Just a few clarifications; since I can see you’re on the website when receiving this error message, can you please try switching browsers on your computer and let me know if it makes any difference?

 

Also, do you mean that you’re seeing this error when trying to share a smaller sized folder with less people on your Dropbox account? 

 

Let me know, and we can take a closer look.

What do Dropbox user levels mean?
