Our owner is sharing folders with us that DO NOT show up for everyone. They ONLY show up for him, although everyone SHOULD have access.
Have never had a problem with this until recently.
Need to fix ASAP.
Hey @abbylanednd, welcome to our Community!
You mentioned that the owner uploads content inside a shared folder, but the rest of the members can't see the changes.
Is the owner able to see the changes on his end, when visiting his account online, and how is he uploading content? I'm asking, because if he uses the desktop app, then there might be a syncing issue on his end.
Can you also clarify if you're checking the web on your end?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

He has it set up to where if its on his laptop, its supposed to save online.
I believe he can see the changes.
I'm not sure what you mean "Can you also clarify if you're checking the web on your end?"
I'm sorry... not sure if you mean my internet or if i've checked the online dropbox version.
I have checked desktop and web platforms, and cannot access files that he has shared with me along with my coworkers, when it has never been a problem previously.
It just started happening, so I think it is only the most recent files.
What can we do to fix it?
Hi @abbylanednd, thanks for your response!
Is he sharing the folder directly with you, or using a shared link, by any chance?
If both you, and your coworkers can't see the changes, then there must be something happening on his end. Provided he is using his desktop app to add content to the folder, then there could be a syncing discrepancy there. You can check this article, and share that with him too.
I'd suggest asking him to contact us, or Support directly about this.
