I am trying to change my plan from "Dropbox Plus - Individual" to "Dropbox Plus - Family".
When I click on 'Buy Now', it shows an error in red saying "You're already on Dropbox Plus"
It only allows me to upgrade to "Dropbox - Professional"
No one from Sales was able to help and my emails have gone unanswered.
Can someone please help
How are you currently paying for Dropbox @sahilgoyal ? You can only upgrade if you are paying Dropbox direct and not using a third party such as the Apple or Google Play stores.

1) When I try the steps you mentioned, I do not get an option to choose 'Dropbox - Plus Family'
2) Instead I click on 'Compare Plans' in top right corner and then choose "Family Plan" and then I get the error 'You're already on Dropbox Plus'

I have a free dropbox account and I have been trying to upgrade to Plus- for individuals for 3 days now.
When I fill out my details and click on purchase, nothing happens. I don't even get a notification/ error.
It just seems like the website is not working.
I tried this with several credit cards and in several web browsers (Edge & Chrome).
I am pretty desperate right now.
How can I solve this?
