I got Error 500 when trying to delete my account.

I tried with firefox, edge, chrome. Same error every time.

Can you help ?

Hello,
I’m trying to delete my account and I keep getting a 500 error. I tried clearing c&c, incognito, different browsers and nothing.

Hi @Deleteaccount, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

Keep getting error 500 when trying to delete account. Tried on multiple browsers.

Hi there @prestong777888 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please open an incognito window on your browser instead, and give this one more try?

 

Do you receive this error message right after inserting your Dropbox password or before that?

 

Let me know what happens.
