Able to login ok via web but when opening in S Mode app cannot login due to reCAPTCHA, you enter username/password fine, then reCAPTCHA comes up, complete that as required but then after clicking verify it goes blank then reopens reCAPTCHA as though clicking login again so unable to get past this step, any help would be hugely appreciated!
I noticed the app was just updated, so I tried again.
I can now login successfully just with email and password and no reCAPTCHA window, blank or otherwise appears.

Hey @recrucial, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of where you get stuck so that we can have visual too?
Did you try rebooting your computer or relaunching the app since you first noticed this happen?

Hi Walter,
I have tried rebooting the computer, the app, unistalling and reinstalling etc. Please see attached!
It opens the box to do the CAPTCHA verfication but then as you click to it goes back to blank and then reloads again as in image 1.

If you happen to have a firewall or antivirus running, could you pause them temporarily and try again?
Also, if you happen to be on the Basic plan, make sure that there are no more than 3 devices connected to your account as you might be hitting the device limit.

No luck! Checked and tried both suggestions as well as ensuring I have most up to date settings/browsers etc and even resetting the IP address.
So frustrating!
When logging on a new laptop my account auto-redeemed HP Promo, now when trying to login to another new HP laptop it will not allow sign in as the Dropbox for S mode is showing as Dropbox + HP, is there a way to either remove the promo from my current account so I am able to login or a way to stop the Dropbox recognising its another new HP device?
I have been unable to login for days and access my work documents so becoming increasingly frustrated!
Have you solved this issue. I am about done with Dropbox... I also have work info that I have to access.

I have the same problem. It worked fine until I upgraded to Windows 11. I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, and I get the endless Captcha loop as well. It works on my phone so I know my account is ok. I think something has not been updated in the app to work with the latest update from the MS group.
