Dropbox Password Reset Email not Receiving
Dear Dropbox Team,
I need your urgent support to retrieve my business dropbox. After the 23rd September new upgrades to your system folders , I had a issue that none of new PDF documents saved could not open. Then I re-installed the dropbox app. But when I try to sign in again , the usual password didn’t work and when I try to reset the password this message pops in saying "too many incorrect attempts, please try again in few minutes". AND THIS FEW MINIUTES NEVER HAPPENS, EVEN AFTER HOURS & HOURS.
We trust a lot on Dropbox, but you should understand on a business organization you cannot take this long hours to get the resetting access. I see in your customer feedback they have faced the same concern. Can you help me to get my workplace dropbox as soon as possible.

Hi Dinesh_Hewav, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox.
