Hi Katrinka, could you try opening the shared link to download the file via another browser on your device?- Katrinka4 years agoExplorer | Level 3
Hi Jay!
I have a Chrome on my phone and laptop. I can`t open it on the phone, and so cannot other people. I can download it on my laptop.
Here, I tried with another file. https://www.dropbox.com/s/prg3vcfytfp3pjk/Stitches11.pdf?dl=0 and https://www.dropbox.com/s/prg3vcfytfp3pjk/Stitches11.pdf?dl=1
