Cannot "Save to Dropbox"

I have been having this issue where I cannot press the blue button "Save to Dropbox" as usual. There is a notice saying "There was a problem completing this request". I tried to change the password and tried a different browser, an incognito one,... none of them helps. Also, my account still has data space. Can anyone help me with it?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, it was a problem with saving a shared link. At that time when I posted this thread, I had tried everything I could, including deleting cache and testing on 3 different devices.

However, after a couple of hours more, the problem resolves itself. So I think it has something to do with Dropbox server at that moment.

Hope that I do not experience it anymore.

Hey @IMDDownload, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

From what I gather, you're having a problem with saving files to your account through shared links - correct me if I'm wrong please.

Could you try clearing your browser's cache and let me know how it goes?

Have you perhaps tried this shared link on another device or network?

Let me know how it goes!
