I copied the file from one drive to Dropbox & now I can't preview it.

hello, i did power automate for copy the pdf file from one drive to dropbox. pdf file can copy to dropbox but this file cannot read. i got this error message "

.pdf files are supported but something went wrong.

". how can i solve this issue? thanks

Hi @Ester, let's jump into this! 

 

When you say that you power automated the cope of the .PDF, can you walk me through the steps that you took, in order to do that?

 

Are you trying to preview the file using the website, or desktop/mobile app? If you try to download the file, are you then able to preview it?

 

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
