Unable to download files from Safari 18.4 - All buttons in the browser window are unresponsive
Has anyone experienced issues downloading from Safari 18.4?
All buttons in the browser window are unresponsive.
Only happening with Safari.
Very annoying.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, to see if that helps?
Does it work on private browsing?

It also happened on my Mac, no response on the "download" buttons in Safari 18.4 browser, even I tried cleaning Safari cache, still cannot work. But can download using Chrome.

Exactly the same here, the Safari cache isn't the problem, download from dropbox is set to "allowed". It is also not a particular problem with my account, with a Windows notebook (Win 11) everything works. Maybe I'll have to install another browser on my Macbook if this problem isn't solved soon.

After receiving a recommendation from dropbox support to contact Apple Support I can confirm something is broken. When attempting to download with Safari Version 18.4 (20621.1.15.11.10) the download button is unresponsive. I spent over 2 hours on the phone and screen sharing with Apple Support.
We have confirmed that yes in the private browsing window safari will download while and using a link that I copied, BUT that is only if I am not signed in and continue as guest. Once I signed into dropbox with my credentials after being prompted the download button again became unresponsive.
My other browsers, Firefox 137.0 and Chrome Version 135.0.7049.42 are functioning as expected and downloads are working.
Robbie_Jwhen you say "All buttons in the browser window are unresponsive." Do you mean every button or every download button? All my other buttons are responsive i.e. "comments" "copy" "file info"
