I recently uploaded a large PPT file (225 M) that had a lot of images. Several of them do not appear. I deleted the file and tried to upload again but same thing happened. Any suggestions?

Are you seeing this on the Dropbox site itself, or after you download the file to your computer again?

In dropbox itself. Also, I shared with a few people and they also saw the missing images.
Hey @Arrell5093, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify if you're able to preview those missing images on your PPT file after downloading it from the website and opening it locally on your device?

The PPT is complete on my computer. When I uploaded it to Dropbox several images did not transfer. When downloaded from Dropbox, the images are missing.
Correction... when I download from Dropbox back to my laptop, the missing images show up.
How large is the PPT file and the images stored inside it @Arrell5093?
Can you send us a screenshot of how it looks on your end perhaps?

The file is 220 MB. Can you clarify what you want a screen shot of… a slide with a missing image, or something else?

Hi @Arrell5093, you should be able to click on the camera-like icon when responding back to us, and attach your images.
A screenshot of what you see when trying to preview the file online, would be great. Thanks!
