Synced files won't open, as they have a small brown box next to them.
Hello, i have an issue that has developed on one of my Dropbox-synced computers.
this issue only affects one of three computers i have synced to my Dropbox account.
the files as seen on my loca...

3 years agoHey boonwd, I hope you donât mind me jumping in here.
I was able to do a bit research about this too, and I could find this thread on Microsoft's website.
If this link doesn't help either, Iâd suggest getting in touch with their support, so that they can take a look for you, as this icon doesnât seem to be generated by Dropbox.
This way, weâll be able to isolate the issue further.

Not sure if anyone figured this out yet, but it is a Microsoft OneDrive sync issue. On your PC, if you disable or turn off sync, OneDrive cuts off your photos offline. In order to access these cloud photos, you must re sign-in to OneDrive. This is their way of prioritizing OneDrive in your computer. Turning on the OneDrive sync will change alm the file cabinet icon back to clouds and allow access to all photos.
