I don't have access to my account's email, so I can't receive the 6-digit code to sign in.
Please help me. I have email address and password. Each time I try to login it sends access code to email that no longer exists and I do not longer have access to. How can I get logged in?

Cannot log in to my account because my email address is no longer active
I have the correct email and password but the email is no longer active so i can not get the code required to log in and I do not remember all the details on the form required to regain acess. I have contacted support but have not heard back and this is critically affecting my deliverables today.

Someone logged into my Dropbox account and changed my email
Hello, My Dropbox account has been hacked and my email address changed so that I am now unable to access my files (but the hacker is). What can I do about this please? This is my personal information. Thanks for your help.

I received a Dropbox survey invitation on the desktop app, that looks suspicious. Is this real?
"Got a few minutes? Get $5. Help us make Dropbox better". The window name is "Sprig electron view" (so it's not even using the standard Windows notification service). Anyway, the only notifications I have enabled are: "files and folders shared with me" new files synced edits to files , so I don't think disabling any of them would help. What is going on? This is on a Family plan.

Enable EU Data Residency for smaller Dropbox teams under 10 licenses.
As a Dropbox Business user, I believe it's essential to have the option to store our data within the European Union, even for teams with fewer than 10 licenses. Due to compliance obligations (e.g., GDPR and internal data protection policies), many companies require data residency within the EU, especially in regulated industries or working with European clients. The current limitation that only teams with 10+ licenses can request EU data storage is restrictive and excludes smaller teams or startups that still have strict compliance needs. I strongly suggest that Dropbox consider enabling EU data residency for smaller teams, starting from 3 users, or at the very least, for any team using business-level licenses. This would significantly increase the product’s appeal for professional users with legal or contractual data localization requirements. We appreciate Dropbox’s commitment to privacy and flexibility, and we hope this improvement can be considered in future updates.

Implement an option to close all (or multiple) security alerts: If you have DataLossPrevention and Sensible Data acitvated, you get freaking tons of Notifications. In this case I am 100% sure that all of them are not relevant. I have to open each individual of them and close them. Its not possible if you got 100+ notifications, it would take several hours.

I need to add an email address as secondary, but it's already in use.
Hi! I'm an independent contractor for a company, and I set up a Dropbox account with my new email address. However, I upgraded my freelance business account to Dropbox Plus and would like to make the contractor email a secondary email on that upgraded account. That way, I'll be able to see files/folders shared with either email address in Dropbox, and the upgraded plan will give me more storage space and features. Because the contractor email is already in use with an account, it won't let me add it as a secondary email in the other account. Should I delete that account? It's warning me that deleting the account means I will no longer have access to anything previously shared with that email address. Only a few folders have been shared so far, and I could have someone share them again, but I want to be sure I'm doing this the right way before I do something irreversible. I appreciate any insights you can provide! Thanks!
