All of the sudden I can't play audio files on my iPhone... any idea why?
I have the Dropbox iphone app and all of the sudden the m4a and mp3's in my folders are not playable.
I see the same audio thumbnail I have always seen but it just spins and spins and eventuall...
- 1 year agoThis is resolved now. Updating iOS to 17.4 fixed the issue.

1 year agoHey jeffaugust, what’s the size of the of the .mp4 and .mp3 files you’re unable to play on your Dropbox account?
Can you send a visual of what you end up seeing?
Did you start having this issue after a specific update in your OS/Dropbox app?
