All of the sudden I can't play audio files on my iPhone... any idea why?

I have the Dropbox iphone app and all of the sudden the m4a and mp3's in my folders are not playable. I see the same audio thumbnail I have always seen but it just spins and spins and eventuall...

    This is resolved now. Updating iOS to 17.4 fixed the issue.

App version is 368.2.2

ios v 17.3.1

it doesn't work on my home network or on cellular.

Hey jeffaugust, what’s the size of the of the .mp4 and .mp3 files you’re unable to play on your Dropbox account? 

 

Can you send a visual of what you end up seeing?

 

Did you start having this issue after a specific update in your OS/Dropbox app?

    This is resolved now. Updating iOS to 17.4 fixed the issue.
