Android app defaults apps to preview files

Our corporate homepage is universal throughout the company. And can be updated at any time. Simply opening it from dropbox causes it to be previewed and unrendered in Dropbox. This happens with so many files. We were using dropsync but that quit working on the latest Beta Samsung oneui (s22+).
Same thing happens with spreadsheets, powerpoints, and pdfs. Dropbox gets in the way of opening those files - let alone saving them back after updated.

Thank you for looking into this. If you could put it back to how it used to be back in the spring of 2023, it would be greatly appreciated.
In the meantime, I'll use the "Open with..." option to open the file in the default app (even though the default app has already been defined for this file type).
