Can’t view files without wifi

Why can’t I view files while I doesn’t have wifi? I have checked the settings in the app and marked the ”use mobile data” buttom but it didn’t worked.

Does uninstalling the app, restarting the device and then reinstalling the app help at all, AdrianCarlsson?

Hi there AdrianCarlsson, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please let us know the exact OS version of your device and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well?

Have you tried clearing the app's cache at all since you first noticed this by the way?

Any additional information is more than welcome!
