Cant download a file from Dropxbox
I cant download a "rar" file from my dropbox folder. It only goes 0,3GB and then it stops.

Do you know how big it should be? Is it giving any errors etc.?

The file is 6.1GB

Are you downloading to your account or downloading via browser? If your account doesnt have 6.1gb free it wont add it

Have you tried a different browser, or an incognito tab on your current one, to check if you get the same behavior there?

sry for the delay.
I tried Microsoft Edge and the incongnito tab. In both attempts it cancelled at various stages. - Megan2 years ago

Hey Philemon Paul, just to confirm we've checked everything, can you also clear your main browser's cache, to see if that helps?
Also, which versions of these browsers are you using? Are they up to date?
