Can't look at files drop box in S mode
I can't look at files and they won't sync and all files show locked. The other 2 user are not having this problem.

Hi David Sparks, welcome to our Community!
You mentioned that you use your account in an S Mode environment on your end.
When you say you can't look at your files, could you elaborate a little? Do you see any errors when you try to open, or preview your content?
You also mentioned that your files show as locked, could you send me a couple of screenshots, in order for me to have a visual too?
Let me know more!

When I open dropbox folders are missing and if I can see them, they will not open.
Most files have to search for in dropbox.

Hi David Sparks, thank you for your screenshots!
It's important to note that the icons next to your files, as shown on the third screenshot; aren't Dropbox related.
As for your content, that you can't preview, what happens when you access your Dropbox account online? Are you able to locate, and preview what can be previewed there?

No I can't see the files on dropbox. Only if I search for them, and still won't open.

Hi David Sparks, let's check a few things here!
Can you try to open the Dropbox app interface, instead of navigating to this folder via file explorer and try opening the file from there?
If you open the S mode app, can you try to make the file available offline?

I tried that and it did not work. I did realize that my dropbox was call Reliant and now it's not.
I also downloaded dropbox that was not s mode. But everything is still locked.

Hi David Sparks, when you say your Dropbox was called "Reliant" do you mean the account name, or a specific folder?
It sounds like you might have downloaded our stable version of the app, is this correct? If so, can you clarify the app's precise syncing status, and how the content looks inside your Dropbox folder?
Feel free to send me a few screenshots too.

I found the Reliant Dropbox folder by searching for it. But I still can't open it.

Hi David Sparks, do you get any errors when you try to open it?
Also, did you have any luck with the app's syncing status, and version? If you have any problems locating these, let me know.
