Try using a different browser, downloading it in smaller chunks, using Incognito mode and clearing the cache and cookies on your system. - PetteriHeng9 years agoNew member | Level 2

I need to restore some files that were accidentally deleted, but I can't. Pls help. I've used two different browsers and both incognito and normal modes. Seems the problem is with DB service?

The same problem. And it won't sync files either from desktop app (Mac OS). Though it allows to log into the community section with the same credentials.
