I don't know how to download the documents to my computer

Hello,

I just received contract documents from one of my contractors and I haven't figured out how to download the documents to my computer.

Hi jimheavey, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Were the files sent to you via a shared link on the site?

Were they uploading to your Dropbox account instead?

Any other info or screenshots (while hiding personal info or links) would be helpful!

I received an Email with a link to Dropbox.  I can view the files, but I can't download or print the files.

Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're seeing in the browser, while hiding the documents and names themselves?

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, and clearing your cache.

    Hi jimheavey,

Have you downloaded documents from Dropbox with success? If not, you can download Dropbox files using another way, check it out.

    Good Luck!

I've tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox.  I think I'm giving up on Dropbox as an option.

Hey jimheavey - sorry to hear you're still having issues with this.

Can you walk us through the exact steps you're taking to access and download those files? How large are they?

If the error persists after clearing your browser's cache or when using an incognito window (with no extensions or plugins running), would it be OK if we sent you an email to have a further look internally?
