I get the error "Failed - Network Error" when I try to download a file.
Every time i download a file "Failed - Network Error" . Yes its a large file. But I should be able to download them since i pay for my account its not a free . So im confused why i have to clear cache , browsing etc and still get "Failed - Network Error" . Ive tried doing it in parts but cant get all the files to download. This is frustrating. Is there a updated "Failed - Network Error" fix for this ? Thanks for your help in advance

Hi HelpMee, welcome to our Community!
You mentioned that you get an error when you try to download your file. Are you trying to download it locally from your mobile app, to your device, or using your browser?
Also, could you clarify the precise size of the file? Do you happen to access it through a shared link, by any chance?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi , Thanks for your response. The file can be 30gb-90gb. Sometimes I get lucky and able to download the entire folder of 90gb but sometimes I cant even download one video file. I'm using the web browser on a desktop. I used chrome and brave but today no luck. I created a folder and had someone throw files in it so I can work on them.
