I am glad to see your issue is resolved - downloads stalling right at the end can be especially frustrating, so it’s great to hear your video was finally able to complete without freezing. Thanks so much for coming back to update the thread as well... it really helps others who might run into the same behavior!
By the way, I’m Theresa 👩💻, one of the community managers here at Dropbox HQ. Since you’ve been downloading and working with video files on your Mac, I’d love to know… how do you usually use Dropbox? Is it usually to watch videos or do you work a lot with film/creative media? I’m always curious to hear how people fit Dropbox into their day-to-day.
