OOPS something WENT WRONG W/ Opening files
I am having a major issue every day opening my files in dropbox.
When I am in dropbox online, I click on the 3 dots to open file it appears to load for a while and then gives me an error messag...

Does this happen on other browsers as well?
What about through an incognito window?

Sorry not when i Click on the 3 dots, Its when i click the down arrow and click on open, then "Open with Excel"

How do I change my browser Cashe? I've been using google chrome.
