PDF Preview plane in Explorer shows a blank white image only when locally synced.

When clicking on a PDF document within the Dropbox tab on Windows Explorer it just shows a blank white screen only when

it is locally synced.

If you select that PDF and mark it as "online-only" after a second it will show up in the side preview plain on explorer just fine.

I have:

- Reinstalled both adobe and Dropbox

- Done the "Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer"

- Selected the root folder for the dropbox account and made online only (Still locally syncs even if you click on the online-only pdf to preview it within WE)

- Checked out user permissions for dropbox and adobe (Gave user full access)

- Checked out compatibility issues
- Tried adobe installer repair

- Set default to chrome/web pdf viewer (Still same issue)

If I create a word doc and print as pdf and upload it to the root folder on dropbox within WE it works fine no issues at all, the preview shows up online and locally synced.

If anyone knows a fix for this or can offer assistance it will be greatly appreciated, cheers.
