4 years agoHi RayH, what OS are you currently running on your device?
Do you have any extensions or plugins running on your Safari browser which could be blocking the site from logging in?

Hello Jay,
I'm running macOS Big Sur.
I'm not having any problems logging in. The message appears before I enter the security code and then disappears.
Kind regards,
Ray

It sounds like something in Safari is preventing the Dropbox site from loading normally.
Could you try clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely to see if this helps?- RayH4 years agoExplorer | Level 4
Hello Jay,
I've done what you suggested but the message is still flashing up before I enter the 2FA code. Incidentally, I've now noticed it flashing up when using the Firefox browser. As I am able to open the Dropbox.app after I have entered the 2FA code, should I just ignore the message?
Kind regards,
Ray

What page are you trying to access specifically when you get this error?
Is it the login screen itself, or some other URL?
