Blank PDFs uploaded to Dropbox after using the scan feature in Notes on iOS

Hey all,

I used the Scan function in Notes and then uploaded the scanned PDFs to Dropbox from my iPhone. But, the files are just coming up as blank white boxes when I try to view them in DropBox (both on my phone and in the browser on my Mac). I've cleared the cache, tried a different browser, made sure everything is syncing etc.

Help!

Thank you so much

Hey bbogdan, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Would you mind guiding me through the steps you followed to scan documents in Notes?

If you use the scanning feature on other documents, does it work as expected?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hi, I used the Scan Documents feature. About 12 or so didn’t work but 2-3 did.

Hey bbogdan. Hope you don’t mind me chime in.

Can you clarify what’s the file extension of the files that get uploaded into Dropbox after you’ve scanned them?

I’d also like a screenshot of how they appear on your end then.

Hi there, I scanned each page and then saved it, and it was working perfectly.

Hi bbogdan, does the feature work now, or do you still face the same issue?

If you're still going through this, would you mind clarifying the OS you're using on your iPhone, along with the Dropbox version that you have installed there?
