Dropbox synchronization not working with colleagues

I have a problem, some of the people I work with use the dropbox application on a computer, I use the website. When I change something in dropbox or add new folders, they don't see it in their desktop app, what could be the problem here? They use and save everything on their OneDrive, and I am logged in on mine, but I also have access to their OneDrive and when I do something in the application on their OneDrive account, they see changes in dropbox, but I do not have them on the website. Please advise.

Hi Ewelina Kol2, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you adding files into a shared folder when using your Dropbox account?

Is this folder shared with those colleagues?

This will help me to assist further!

Yes, I add a folder and it is shared with all users. Except that they have the application on their computers and they can't see these folders from the computer, because when they enter dropbox via the website, they see everything I shared.

Make sure the folders aren't using any characters in their name that would be incompatible, which would cause them not to sync. Also, you mentioned OneDrive several times in your original post. I just want to make sure you're referring to Dropbox, not OneDrive. If they have both Dropbox and OneDrive syncing the same files, it will cause problems.
