Error 500 when trying open shared links
Is this genuinely fixed? Now when I visit links to individual files—folders seem to work fine and these are not links I tried when the site was down—the file preview pops up as expected and then is almost immediately replaced by the error screen. I have cleared my cache multiple times, I have restarted Safari and I have had the same result 10 times in a row using different links.

It's happening on Chrome and Safari on a mac for me, also getting reports of the errors from people i've sent the links to. (sending this from my private account so my whole company don't get notifications about this)

No worries, let's try to solve this together.
Are you only getting errors for this shared link, or for any other new shared links on your account?
Is the link to a file or folder on your account?

It could be caused by a plugin or an extension then originalemanuel - have you tried disabling them one by one to see which one is the culprit?
As for you Anglo Team, could you clarify if you're getting the same results on an incognito window as well? There was an issue affecting the website yesterday, so these reports might be related to that.

Multiple members of my work team are having the same problem in Safari. Seems to be mostly mp4 and mov files that are affected but we are unable to access any of them for more than a split second.

Hi Walter,
yes I tried that, same result.
It works now in Chrome and Edge after deleting the cookies (cache clearing did not suffice), but Firefox is still broken.
In Firefox what happens is:
- I clear all Browser Data and disable all extensions
- I load the Link with the video: it works fine
- I accept all cookies, reload the page: it works fine
- I login with my credentials, reload the page: I get the error

I'm experiencing the same problem, the odd thing is the normal page will appear for 1 second but then it will immediately change into this same error screen.
Happening on both my files and files uploaded by other people and then shared to me.

To update the above, I've tried Safari and Chrome with the same issue occurring. Have cleared history and cache and it's made no difference. These are shared links.
