I can't find a file using the search bar
Hi, I have a problem with my dropbox account, I uploaded files in a shared folder, the files are in the folder, but when I use the search bar they do not appear.
And the file exists in the folder.
I hope someone can help me, if it is something with the configuration,
greetings.

Hey digitalworker, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you seeing the same issue, if you try from a different browser or an Incognito/private browsing window?
And can you also clear your browser's cache to see if that helps?
Let me know how it goes.- digitalworkerExplorer | Level 3
Hi @Hannah I already tried from another browser and from a private window as well.
The files were uploaded from Dropbox App Desktop and when I search on the web page, it doesn't get the files, but they are inside the folder
